Apple uses a robot to recycle old devices.
I helped introduce it to the world.

This involved branding the program, crafting a messaging style guide, and working with UX to create the actual tool that allows people to get their devices to the robot.

We created a tool to help people appraise their devices.

This was a Herculean endeavor, as I worked with a team of UX designers, legal consultants, and recycling vendors to consolidate, decision-tree, and collate information into as simple, and Apple-sounding of a process as possible.
